Stay on top of your extra errands and activities by creating daily lists for yourself. Jot down everything you need to get done and make a schedule to guarantee you actually get it all done.

Shop online. – The time and effort it takes to drive to the store, choose your family’s gifts and stand in the long holiday lines to make a purchase can be a hassle. Luckily, nowadays you can shop comfortably from your own home and in half the time. Start early and load up your online shopping cart for some stress-free holiday shopping!

Take a break. – According to an American Express survey, only 49 percent of business owners take a week off from work. Many don’t take any time off at all. Take advantage of being your own boss by rewarding yourself with some rest and relaxation. Burning yourself out doesn’t help you or your business.

Stay alert. – Simple things like eating healthy, sleeping well and exercising regularly can keep you alert and on top of your everyday duties. Take care of yourself by staying healthy and stress is less likely to affect your life and your holiday season.
